Who you are contracting with
Mosaic Accelerator is operated by Lustrio Media Inc., a British Columbia company, 1025 Gilford St., Suite 202, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 2P2. Mosaic Accelerator is becoming a co-operative. Until that incorporation completes, your contract is with Lustrio Media Inc., and “we” and “us” on this page mean that company.
Applying
Applying is free and commits you to nothing. We read every application, and we answer every one in words within five business days – including the ones we decline, and including why.
You must be 18 or older to apply, to buy a place, or to make or receive a payment through Mosaic. If a founder under 18 takes part, a parent or legal guardian pays for their place and accepts these terms on their behalf.
We decide who gets a seat. We are not obliged to explain a decision beyond what we tell you, and being declined once does not stop you applying again.
Tell us the truth in your application. If you materially misrepresent your business or your circumstances – including on a community-supported place – we may withdraw your seat without a refund.
What we are promising to deliver
A cohort seat is a place in a group of seven or eight founders, ten weekly sessions at midday Pacific starting October 16, 2026, the hours with the Aunties stated for your tier, access to Akin, the rituals, the alumni community, and Our Gathering in Vancouver.
Open Track is the ten weeks of curriculum released weekly from October 16, 2026, Akin, the rituals and the community, without a cohort seat and without included hours.
We may change the order of the material, substitute an Auntie, or move a session where we have to. We will not quietly reduce what you bought. If we materially change what a tier includes after you have paid, you may withdraw and take a refund under the refunds policy.
Our Gathering in Vancouver is subsidized, not free of travel. Getting yourself there is on you.
What we are not promising
We are not promising that your business will succeed, raise money, grow, or survive. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something else. Nothing said in a session, written in the material, or generated by Akin is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
Paying
Prices, instalments and taxes are set out on What it costs. Refunds, cancellation and credits are set out on Refunds and cancellation, which forms part of these terms.
If an instalment fails, we will tell you and give you ten days to fix it. If it is not fixed, we may suspend access until it is.
The material, and what you may do with it
The curriculum, the written material, the rituals and this website belong to us or to the people who made them. Your seat buys you a licence to use the material for your own business, for as long as you like. You may not republish it, sell it, or teach it as your own.
What you write, say and build remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership of your business, your ideas or your work, and we take no equity, ever.
We will not use your name, your business or your likeness in our marketing without your agreement. Members of the Village have given that agreement separately.
Akin
Akin is an AI guide built by reGEN Impact Media, not by us. It makes mistakes, it is not a person, and it does not make any decision about your place at Mosaic. Use your judgement. Our commitments about how we use AI are set out on AI, our way and we intend to be held to them.
Behaviour in the room
Mosaic is a room where people say true things about money and fear. Harassment, discrimination, or breaking the confidence of the room ends your place without a refund. This is the one rule we enforce without discussion.
What is said in a cohort session stays in the cohort. That binds us as well as you.
Showing up
A cohort works because the people in it come. Sessions are recorded, but a recording is a safety net, not a substitute for the room.
Your camera can stay off. If it does, take part through the chat and reactions, so the room knows you are there and with it.
If you cannot make a session, tell us before it starts. That is an excused absence. It costs you nothing, the recording is yours as normal, and an excused absence never puts your seat at risk.
If you miss sessions without telling us, we take the same steps, in the same order, every time. Grace comes before any penalty.
- After the first, we check in with you that week. Nothing else changes.
- After the second, we write to you: what has happened, and what comes next. We offer a conversation, and declining it will never be held against you. You then have the next two sessions to put things right, and the recordings you missed unlock when you send us a short catch-up note – what you did on the commitment you made, and what you will bring next.
- If you still miss sessions without telling us after that, your cohort seat moves to Open Track for the rest of the ten weeks. You keep the curriculum, Akin and your unused hours with the Aunties. You leave the cohort sessions and their recordings. We tell you in writing, and you are welcome to apply to a future intake.
Completing the program means attending at least seven of the ten sessions. If illness, caregiving, a crisis or another good reason takes you below seven, tell us, and we will offer you the sessions you missed with the next intake so that you can still complete.
Disability and access. Where an absence relates to a disability or an access need, we make an arrangement with you instead of taking these steps.
Moving to Open Track is not a refund; refunds are set out in Refunds and cancellation. These steps govern your seat in a program. Once the co-operative is incorporated, its own rules – including thirty days to put things right before any member is suspended or removed – govern membership.
Recordings of cohort sessions are for your cohort only, and what they hold is covered by the confidence of the room.
Liability
We provide the program with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with these terms is limited to what you actually paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses to your business.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits your rights under British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
If something goes wrong between us
Tell us first, at info@mosaicaccelerator.com. Most things are fixable by a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes. Changes do not apply retroactively to a program you have already paid for – the terms you agreed to when you paid are the ones that govern your seat.
