About twenty minutes. Nothing here is a test, and there are no right answers – we are trying to work out whether the ten weeks will actually help you, which means we need the honest version rather than the polished one.

City and country. Sessions run 12 to 2 PM Pacific Time, wherever you are.

Mosaic is centred on intersectional women, transgender, and non-binary individuals. We ask because it matters to who we are – we will never ask you to prove any of it, and you can leave this empty and still be considered.

Say it the way you would to someone at a bus stop, not the way you would in a pitch.

Nobody else sees these numbers. If they are zero, write zero – half this cohort will.

The thing you would fix first if you knew how.
One outcome. We will hold you to it, gently.

The practical part

Your dates Cohorts are grouped by stage, so this is the set we would put you in. Everyone is together for the first four weeks. Every session runs 12 to 2 PM Pacific Time. If neither set works, Open Track carries the whole curriculum at your own pace, and the fee is credited if you take a cohort seat later.
Which way in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. GST or HST is added at checkout where it applies.

Would a community-supported place make the difference?

Two per cohort, at half price – $975 for a full cohort seat. Reduced, never free: paying something is part of how you show up. There is no separate form, no proof of hardship, and ticking this changes nothing about how we read the rest of your answers.

Before you send it

Your answers are read by Rochelle and a small committee of Mosaic alumni and Aunties, and by nobody else. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to anything you did not ask for, and we will never train AI on your business without asking you first.

If we are not the right fit we will say so, tell you why, and point you somewhere that is.

Applying to Mosaic should leave you better off either way.

If the answer is no, you will still have written down what your business does, who pays for it, what is stuck and what would make the next ten weeks count. That document is yours. Most founders have never sat down and written it.
