What you pay, and when
Applying costs nothing. You are not charged when you apply, and you are not charged when you are offered a seat. Payment happens only after you have been offered a place and said yes.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. GST or HST is added at checkout where it applies. Monthly payment plans carry no interest, and there is no fee for choosing one.

Cohort seats
Before October 16, 2026 – the day the ten weeks begin – tell us in writing that you are withdrawing and we refund what you have paid, in full, to the card you paid with. No reason required and no argument from us.
During weeks one and two you can still withdraw, and we refund the unused portion: your fee less one tenth for each weekly session that has been held, and less any hours with an Auntie you have already used, at $175 each. Withdraw during week one and that is nine tenths back; during week two, eight tenths. We round in your favour.
From week three onward – Friday, October 30, 2026 – we do not refund cohort fees. The seat was held for you and the cohort is seven or eight people. This rule is explained out loud in week one, before it can cost you anything.
What we do instead: if something has gone wrong in your life, write to us before you disappear. We would rather move you to the next intake than lose you, and we have discretion to do that.
If we cancel or postpone. If a cohort does not run, or we move it, you choose: a full refund, or a seat at the next intake. That is your choice, not ours.
Open Track
Open Track is bought, not applied for, so the terms are different.
The first payment is non-refundable. Akin opens the moment you enrol, so that payment buys you something you have from that day. If you enrol before October 16 and pay the $100 deposit, the $100 is the non-refundable part and the $500 balance is charged on October 16. If you start the three payments of $210, the first $210 is the non-refundable part.
Before the first module reaches you, everything beyond that first payment is refundable on request.
After the first module has been released to you, Open Track is not refundable. It is delivered material, and we cannot take it back.
If you move into a cohort later, the full $600 comes off the price of your seat at the next intake. That is a credit, not a refund, and it does not expire within twelve months.
Hours with an Auntie
Unused hours are refundable within thirty days of purchase. After that they are not refundable, but they do not vanish either – hours bought in blocks are valid for twelve months from purchase, and hours that come with a cohort seat carry for a year after your cohort ends.
If an Auntie has to cancel on you, that hour goes back into your balance immediately and does not count against any deadline.
How to ask
Write to info@mosaicaccelerator.com and say what you want and why, or don’t say why. We answer within five business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and Stripe usually takes five to ten business days to return the money to your statement.
