Mosaic Accelerator Welcomes Akin – an Indigenous-Built, Women-Led AI Guide – to Walk Beside Its Fall Founders

VANCOUVER, BC – Mosaic Accelerator today announced a partnership with reGEN Impact Media to bring Akin – a walk-beside alignment guide built on Indigenous values and matriarchal-led AI – to the founders in its Fall 2026 cohort. Akin will support founders as whole people, not just operators, helping them stay grounded, aligned, and resilient through the shifting demands and ever-accelerating priorities of building a company.

The partnership is a living example of the Mosaic Effect™ – Mosaic’s compounding cycle of inclusive innovation, where a ripple of change that starts with one founder expands to transform whole communities. reGEN Impact Media is a Mosaic alumna: a 100% Indigenous-owned, woman-founded-and-led Canadian venture now creating technology that will, in turn, serve the next generation of Mosaic founders. Since 2023, Mosaic has generated an estimated $15+ in value for every $1 invested – and this is that model turned full circle.

Akin is designed as accompaniment rather than instruction. Built independently in Canada and grounded in Indigenous values, matriarchal wisdom, and generational responsibility, Akin helps entrepreneurs check in with their focus, energy, and attention, reflect honestly, and realign with what matters most – across their whole lives, not only their businesses. Its approach mirrors Mosaic’s belief that founder readiness is built on more than strategy; it is built on wholeness, ancestral wisdom, and community.

The partnership builds on an established relationship between the two leaders, who have collaborated on advancing AI in service of equity, including co-facilitating on AI and feminist movements at Women Deliver 2026 in Melbourne.

Since launching in 2023, Mosaic Accelerator has delivered outsized returns on inclusion: founders report 65% average revenue growth in their first year, and the accelerator has mobilized $750K+ in private capital toward undervalued and underrepresented women, transgender, and non-binary founders building tech-enabled businesses – supporting 75+ founders across 850+ learning hours to date. Mosaic’s work aligns with nine UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Mosaic’s Fall 2026 cohorts, starting October 16, will be among the first to work with Akin in a structured program setting. There are two cohorts and sixteen seats, with each founder circle kept intentionally small – seven or eight founders – to protect depth of relationship and support.
